Definitions

    • Distributor: Any natural or legal person who offers their products through the distributor's own portal, at their own risk, who is directly responsible for the sale and conditions of the product, and whose return policies should be inquired directly in their store or website.

     

    • Client / Buyer / User / Consumer: Any natural or legal person with legal capacity to contract, who freely accepts and expresses an offer through the sale made by the distributor, which may be national or foreign.



    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    For the sale of international products, special Terms and Conditions are established, which must be taken into account by the consumer when making the purchase.

     

    1. a) Personal Use: At the time of purchase, the consumer accepts that the product is for personal use, in compliance with the applicable and current legislation of Colombia. The consumer agrees to be the end user of the product, acquiring it for personal use and for legal purposes.

     

    1. b) Documentation Language: The language of the complementary documentation included in international products, such as instructions, safety warnings, and washing directions, may be different from Spanish. The buyer is responsible for properly using the product according to Colombian regulations.

     

    1. c) Product Suitability and Availability: We are not responsible for the suitability or availability of the materials contained in the sites, or for the products described or offered on the sites for use outside of Colombia, or that these Terms and Conditions comply with the laws of other countries.

     

    1. d) Import Fees and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import fees, tariffs, and other taxes collected by Customs at the destination country. When placing an order, the end customer is directly responsible for these taxes and charges.

     

    1. e) Shipping Times: The shipping times are subject to the times of the transport companies and will not be the responsibility of ATELIER 17.56.



    COVERAGE

     

    We ship to all U.S. through our logistic partners, who guarantee the security and coverage so that your garments arrive in the right conditions and to the address you want.



    SHIPPING COST

     

    All orders are shipped from Colombia. Please be aware that U.S. import taxes may apply. If these taxes are not paid, order cancellations and refunds will not be possible.



    DELIVERY TIMES

     

    Our shipments are made on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia and the United States.

     

    • Most of our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from purchase pending availability and credit verification.
    • For products subject to Pre-Order, shipping times are 15 to 20 business days or as indicated in the note indicating the Pre-Order condition.
    • Deliveries are not guaranteed on an exact schedule and must be to a timely and secure address, such as a home or office.
    • In periods of Black Friday, or sales, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability.
    • Delivery time starts from confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure or the above factors. Purchases made after 6 pm will be considered to have been made on the next business day. Likewise, orders received on holidays will be taken as the date of purchase the next business day.

    Remember that:

     

    • Our payment platform must approve the transaction according to the data analysis.
    • Credit or debit card payments through our payment platform may take up to 3 business days for approval.
    • In the case of cash on delivery, the times start counting immediately after the purchase is made.
    • Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the tracking number with which you can know the actual location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier.
